I would like to take
this time to thank Rob and Kevin at Copyfaxes.com for
all of the great work they have done for my company in
the past few months. It started back on the first day we
contacted their company for an emergency purchase. They
did everything they could to make us happy and provide
us with what we needed. Since that day, we have never
turned back. We have ventured out, to ensure our
decision to have a working relationship with their
company, and unfortunately, the other companies we
contacted did not provide us with what we needed or
within the timeframe we required. We are a very unique
company, and usually the things we need, are done at the
last minute. Rob and Kevin have done nothing but assist
in these last minute phone calls. They have NEVER said
'No', and for me that is extremely important. Besides
the fact that they always accommodate my difficult
timeframe, they have also given me special pricing on
the equipment I regularly purchase. They will not be out
sold! I look forward to a long, friendly customer
service relationship with Copyfaxes.com for many months
to come. I am happy to have found them, since in today's
world, finding a good customer service department is
nearly impossible.

do for my company, and as you know, you will be hearing

I want to thank Ty
from copyfaxes for his friendly and honest service and
for going the extra mile in helping me to find the right
copier for my needs. He proved that copyfaxes will not
be undersold by anyone. I will definitely tell others to

Rob,
I just wanted to thank you for the support you have
given us on the Sharp AR-M207. From the first call you
were very professional and helpful. You beat the price
of other vendors and made me feel important as a
customer. We made the order and when the copier arrived
you assisted by being on the phone when I needed help.
You even went so far as to have a Sharp technician on
the phone with us when we came to the tricky part of
properly adding the developer. We are pleased that you
provided us with the extended warranty and would
recommend CopyFaxes.com to anyone buying office
equipment. |

Thanks so very much Ty for
your prompt and yet professional customer service. I
have someone here from my help desk area, letting me
know the printer has arrived. Now! This is what I call
service. If I may say Ty, You don't find people such as
yourself in this life time. Do You? Consider yourself
one of the lucky ones. I will definately make it my
business to contact you for all of our future Canon
ordering....i.e. fax machines, printers, etc. Take care
of yourself and your family. Oh! Lets not forget
Rob...He was a real gentlemen to me when I called for
the receipt also....Take care and hope to see you all
